Pt. Leo Estate Celebrates Chef Hats and New Restaurant of the Year Award
The Good Food Guide 2019 Awards

The best of Australian food was commemorated at The Good Food Guide 2019 Awards last night. It was a fabulous night of celebration among the ‘creme de la creme’ of the restaurant industry.Restaurant Manager Ainslie Lubbock, and Culinary Director Phil Wood attended last nights awards and left with two hatted restaurants and the ‘New Restaurant of the Year’ award to our fine dining restaurant, Laura. As a team we are incredibly honoured. We would like to congratulate Daniel Lidgard, our Junior Sous Chef for being a finalist in the Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year Award. Daniel was one of four finalists nominated in last nights national awards.

We would like to thank our local producers and suppliers who keep us striving for more.

Most importantly, we would like to thank all of you who have visited Pt. Leo Estate. Your continued support is truely humbling.

Pt. Leo Estate – Year One

It has almost been one year to the day, since we opened our doors to the world on the 25th October… and what a year it has been!

The vision for this stunning property and the considered and meticulous planning is seen and felt throughout every inch of the Estate. From the beginning, the Gandel family’s vision was to share with the community their private collection of large-scale sculpture on a coastal site featuring an established vineyard and panoramic ocean views. We now have a truly world class venue with award-winning wines and hatted restaurants which are lead by an amazing team of people.
