To celebrate MOTHER’S DAY, we are giving away to one lucky winner a $200 Pt. Leo Estate voucher.

To enter: 

  1. Entrants must follow @ptleoestate Instagram account.
  2. Entrants must share a photo via a post to their own Instagram account of them celebrating Mother’s Day at Pt. Leo Estate, tagging @ptleoestate and using hashtag #MothersDayatPtLeoEstate on Instagram.
  3. Photo must be taken whilst on the premises of Pt. Leo Estate either Saturday May 11th or Sunday May 12th 2025.
  4. Entrants must be either diners at the Pt. Leo Estate Wine Terrace, or visiting the Pt. Leo Estate Sculpture Park Saturday May 10th or Sunday May 11th 2025.

A winner will be announced Friday May 16th, 2025 9am AEST. Entrants must be 18+ years or older. This competition is in no way endorsed by Instagram. By participating you (Entrant) agree that you have read the Terms and Conditions outlined on our website. 

Terms and Conditions

  • The promoter is Pennybay Pty Ltd ATF Pennybay Trust TA Pt. Leo Estate (ACN 131 308 104 / ABN 25 683 600 296) of 3649, Frankston-Flinders Road, Merricks VIC 3916 (Promoter).
  • Competition commences 12:00pm (AEST) Saturday May 10th and closes 9:00am (AEST) Monday May 12th 2025.
  • To be eligible you must:
    Follow @ptleoestate on Instagram
    Share a photo to your own Instagram account, tagging @ptleoestate and using hashtag #MothersDayatPtLeoEstate.
    Ensure your Instagram account profile is Public.
  • Total prize value $200.
  • Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • The winner will be selected based on entry criteria & random selection on Wednesday May 14th 2025 12:00pm and will take place at Pt. Leo Estate of 3649, Frankston-Flinders Road, Merricks VIC 3916. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or any relevant laws.
  • The winner will be announced 9:00am Friday May 16th via the @ptleoestate Instagram account.
  • The winner will be notified via Direct Message 9:00am Friday May 16th via Instagram. 
  • The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
  • The Prize will be posted to the prize winner.
  • Entry is open to all residents of Australia except for the following:

Employees or agencies of Pennybay Pty Ltd (ACN 131 308 104 / ABN 25 683 296) their immediate family (“Immediate family” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, siblings (whether natural or adopted by a parent) 

  • Anyone else connected with the competition may not enter the prize.
  • Persons under the age of 18 where the competition prize consists of alcohol 
  • Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
  • Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers at Pt. Leo Estate. 
  • By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to reasonable notice.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage sustained by entrants.
  • Participants agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use their photo(s)for promotional purposes.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
