Emma May is a dedicated and passionate young tourism marketing professional with eight years of experience in the industry across Queensland and Victoria, working across various roles including destination marketing, design, tour coordination, product development, and event management. Emma’s journey in the Tourism industry began in 2013, after leaving the Building Industry as a Building Designer to pursue her love for travel, experiences and commence a career in tourism marketing.

Emma is one of our founding team members and an outstanding and highly valued member of the Marketing department, displaying a high degree of integrity, passion, ambition and resilience. She is passionate about the Victorian Tourism Industry and wishes to be an influential and inspiring role model to encourage young people to consider a career in the tourism industry.

Emma’s motivation to drive sustainable industry growth on the Mornington Peninsula saw her selected for the Mornington Peninsula Regional Tourism’s pilot Future Leaders Program in 2019 and Visit Victoria’s 2019 International Mentor Program. In 2021 Emma was responsible for leading the luxury experiences of ‘Lon to Leo’ and ‘Lon to Laura’ with the Bellarine’s Lon Retreat & Spa, connecting the regions and bringing two of Victoria’s most premium offerings together for the first time.
