Lucy has a career reflecting a significant body of experience, with 13 years of corporate work in Melbourne city at ANZ bank and Sensis prior to navigating a change of scenery. This led her to a role as Guest Services Manager at Lindenderry in Red Hill as-well as a detour into the world of travel with Flight Centre, before stepping into the position of Reservations Manager in 2018 at Pt. Leo Estate.
As an empath thriving on thoughtful and energetic conversations, Lucy is dedicated to building rapport and creating meaningful connections with guests wishing to experience all that Pt. Leo Estate has to offer. In her role, Lucy maintains an ability to develop an innate sense and comprehensive understanding of guests demands and how to best perpetuate a positive outcome. As an efficient communicator, Lucy endears herself with an attentive and thoughtful attitude, catering to guests wishing to experience Pt. Leo Estates myriad of cultural, visual and tasteful happenings.

Lucy enjoys Bushranger’s Bay or Greens Bush for scenic walks, McCrae beach is her beach of choice and she highly recommends visiting the bar Wowee Zowee in Mornington.
