Lucy has a career reflecting a significant body of experience, with 13 years of corporate work in Melbourne at ANZ bank and Sensis prior to moving to the Peninsula. This led her to a role as Guest Services Manager at Lindenderry in Red Hill, as well as a quick detour into the world of travel with Flight Centre, before stepping into the position of Reservations Manager in 2018 at Pt. Leo Estate.
As an empath thriving on thoughtful and energetic conversations, Lucy is dedicated to building rapport and creating meaningful connections with guests wishing to experience all that Pt. Leo Estate has to offer. In her role, Lucy maintains an ability to develop an innate sense and comprehensive understanding of guests demands and how to best perpetuate a positive outcome. As an efficient communicator, Lucy endears herself with an attentive and thoughtful attitude, catering to guests wishing to experience Pt. Leo Estate’s myriad offerings.

Lucy enjoys Bushranger’s Bay or Greens Bush for scenic walks, McCrae beach is her beach of choice and she highly recommends visiting Loosie’s Diner & Bar in Mornington or Young Street Tavern in Frankston.
