Madeleine Morgan
Pt. Leo Restaurant Manager
Having worked in many dynamic environments, Madeleine has come to Pt. Leo Estate with a commitment to giving guests exemplary dining experiences. A hospitality professional, Madeleine studied at William Angliss and completed a degree in Wine Marketing by correspondence at Roseworthy College in South Australia. She has worked with well-known names including chefs Andrew Blake and the Bortolotto family; been a key front-of-house member of the Stokehouse team for 10 years – with stints for the Van Haandels at Circa and the Pacific at Byron Bay. Madeleine also managed the floor for Andrew McConnell at Cumulus Inc. and Cutler & Co and for Neil Perry at Rosetta.
Madeleine Morgan’s family’s connection to the Peninsula goes back to the 1880s when her great grandfather manned the Cape Schanck lighthouse. This family history and her deep relationship to the area played a part of the decision-making process before taking on her role as Restaurant Manager at Pt Leo Estate.
