The Land
The land on which Pt. Leo Estate sits has been family owned since 1901 and was used for crop and livestock production until the vineyard was planted in 2006. This 350-acre paradise sits amongst rolling hills, with sweeping panoramic ocean views over Western Port to Phillip Island. Our location on the Mornington Peninsula, one of Australia’s most celebrated cool-climate wine regions, shapes every experience we offer.
Restaurants. Art. Wine. Experiences. The pillars that define us.
Pt. Leo Estate offers a range of experiences encompassing our award-winning restaurants and wines, our Cellar Door and Sculpture Park.
All our dining offers are a celebration of local produce and culinary imagination, from two-hatted fine dining in Laura, contemporary, modern Australian cuisine in the Pt. Leo Restaurant, and relaxed, seasonal fare with vineyard vistas in the Wine Terrace.
The Sculpture Park features over 70 large-scale sculptures and is set in stunning surrounds of indigenous gardens and framed by ocean views. It is an open-air gallery unlike any other in Australia.
Our vineyard is planted to suit the natural environment, producing premium wines that perfectly represent the region. In the Cellar Door, choose from four different wine tastings, featuring Estate wines for all palates, that deepen appreciation and spark conversation.
Our Philosophy
Our commitment to the craft of creating and delivering exceptional experiences is founded on respect for place and a strong focus on our community and environment. We champion regional producers, highlight local stories and revel in sharing the beauty of the Mornington Peninsula with curious travellers and locals alike.
