2026 Spring Red Pack

Perfumed and expressive, the bouquet exhibits violets, dark cherry, blackberry cocoa. The palate is layered and poised with dark fruit, spice and well-integrated oak, finishing with fine tannins and impressive length. Beautifully balanced, it will reward enjoyment now or cellaring for five to seven years.

Produced in limited quantities (fewer than 2,000 bottles), this Reserve Pinot Noir represents the pinnacle of our Estate vineyard. Sourced from our viticulturalist and winemaker identified rows, these vines receive meticulous care from pruning through to harvest. As the time in barrel comes to an end, a final selection of the best barrels are selected for bottling.

The nose is powerful yet refined, presenting with concentrated aromas of dark cherry, plum and wild blackberry, complimented with subtle herbal notes and fine oak spice. The palate is soft and silky on entry, building into a supple mid-palate of sweet ripe fruit framed by subtle tannins. A persistent and savoury finish leaves a lasting impression. Best enjoyed over the next five years, or longer if you appreciate the complexity of aged Pinot Noir.

Our final vintage of Estate grown Shiraz. A refined and elegant example of cool climate Shiraz. Aromas of plum, blackberry, earth, herbs, and subtle oak. The palate is medium-bodied and refined offering dark berries and a spice and earthy thread, framed by fine tannins and a lingering finish. An elegant, food-friendly Shiraz.
