Reserve Pinot Noir 2021

Produced in limited quantities (fewer than 2,000 bottles), this Reserve Pinot Noir represents the pinnacle of our Estate vineyard. Sourced from our viticulturalist and winemaker identified rows, these vines receive meticulous care from pruning through to harvest. As the time in barrel comes to an end, a final selection of the best barrels are selected for bottling.

The nose is powerful yet refined, presenting with concentrated aromas of dark cherry, plum and wild blackberry, complimented with subtle herbal notes and fine oak spice. The palate is soft and silky on entry, building into a supple mid-palate of sweet ripe fruit framed by subtle tannins. A persistent and savoury finish leaves a lasting impression. Best enjoyed over the next five years, or longer if you appreciate the complexity of aged Pinot Noir.
