Six Pack – Méthode Traditionnelle, Reserve Chardonnay & Reserve Pinot Noir

$519.00

Méthode Traditionnelle Sparkling 2019 × 2

Trophy for Best Sparkling at the 2025 Mornington Peninsula Wine Show

A refined blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. This award-winning wine was made with hand-picked Estate fruit and gently whole bunch pressed before undergoing traditional bottle fermentation and disgorged after 60 months ageing on the lees.
The nose is fresh and specific, offering lemon blossom, and hints of green apple, underpinned by the savoury warmth of brioche and almond. On the palate, bright citrus zest and fine minerality are wrapped in a creamy texture, leading to a taut, saline finish. Our favourite pairing with this wine is oysters, available in all three of our dining spaces.

Reserve Chardonnay 2021 × 2

This Chardonnay is made from a blend of our three best clones, selected from six rows we have identified over the years as producing the ideal characteristics for this flagship wine.

With extra care taken in the vineyard with shoot thinning to produce one bunch per shoot, to batonage in the cellar over the winter months to encourage complexity and intensity, we are rewarded with a wine that has aromas of lemon curd, oatmeal and subtle oak influence. The palate has incredible depth and weight. Upon entry the bright acidity is complimented with rich citrus and stone fruit flavours and finishes pleasingly with a good length. This wine is drinking very well now, it will also benefit with some additional time in the bottle, for up to five years.

Reserve Pinot Noir 2024 × 2

Recently released, this wine presents with aromas of cherry liquor, Asian spices, purple plum, cinnamon and lifted blackberry notes and a little of the classic dusty spices of the Mornington Peninsula with a touch of oak.

The palate is refreshing with flavours of blackberries & cherries with hints of raspberries, rounded with lingering elements of wild thyme and red berry fruits. It has excellent tannin structure, good length, and a firm finish. It will benefit from more time in the bottle.
