The event will start at Cape Schanck taking in some of the best scenery that the region has on offer before cyclists tackle the infamous Arthurs Seat climb.
The road closure times have been changed due to considerations for the Red Hill Market. The rolling road closure for Frankston Flinders Road has been scheduled between 2.00 pm to 2.45 pm.
