Relais & Châteaux SEAsonality – An exclusive tasting menu

In honour of World Ocean Day, Pt. Leo Estate invites you to join us for a memorable and highly exclusive lunch in Laura. 

Pt. Leo Estate Culinary Director, Josep Espuga will be joined by Chef Clare Falzon from Hentley Farm, Barossa Valley, also a Relais & Chateaux property for this incredibly rare opportunity to share an extraordinary and intimate dining experience.

Together, these two remarkable culinary leaders will showcase the best of sustainable seafood and wines from our rich regions as we celebrate SEAsonality by elevating and profiling the seasonal availability of incredible fish, crustacean and molluscs.

General Manager Roger Lancia and Sculpture Park Curator Geoffrey Edwards will host the tour and lunch. Guests include President of Relais & Châteaux, Laurent Gardinier and other delegation members representing some of the finest and most luxurious lodges in the New Zealand and Oceania region.
