In addition to a more casual bistro and wine terrace, this Mornington Peninsula winery is home to Laura, one of Victoria’s best restaurants. Culinary director Josep Espuga (who was promoted from sous chef in March) has combined the three venues into one super-powered delivery service, sending ready-to-assemble meals as far as Port Melbourne, Carlton and Kew. Place your order by 4pm to receive it the next day. The luxurious menu includes a carrot souffle, lobster flambe with local Red Hill truffles and Noilly Prat vermouth sauce, sticky char siu pork belly, five-gram tins of Beluga caviar and a Valrhona chocolate mousse.
