Laura at Red Hill Truffles
Beginning in the truffiere, local expert Jenny McAuley will guide you through the avenues of oak and hazelnut trees on her family property. Joined by Pt Leo’s Culinary Director Josep Espuga and Restaurant Manager Lily Lapper, it will truly be a unique foraging experience.
To follow, an authentically Laura 4 course lunch in the intimate Red Hill Truffle Pavilion. Here, our team will serve dishes rich in Josep’s Catalonian heritage.
