Led by Beverage Director Amy Oliver, the evening will take you on a journey across some of Italy’s most celebrated wine regions, exploring the distinctive character, history and traditions that shape these remarkable wines. From the elegant wines of the Veneto, through the renowned vineyards of Barolo, to the sun-drenched landscapes of Sicily, Amy will guide guests through a considered selection of Italian wines that capture the spirit and diversity of the Italian wine production.
To accompany the wines, the Laura menu will draw inspiration from ingredients grown across the Peninsula and the enduring culinary traditions of Italy. Expect a menu that celebrates the simplicity, generosity and depth of Italian cooking, with each dish thoughtfully paired to the wines being explored throughout the evening.
$520pp includes a five course menu & Italian wine pairing.
As this is a wine dinner, we will not be offering a driver's or non-alcoholic pairing.
We have also partnered with Jackalope Hotel in Balnarring to extend your stay and enjoy ‘La Bella Vita’.
