Join us for a rare, once-a-year opportunity to explore the Estate’s private garden.
Begin with a behind-the-scenes tour of the Pt. Leo Culinary Garden, hosted by our Head Gardener, Ella Swann. Discover the philosophy behind the garden, explore its seasonal produce and gain first-hand insight into the landscapes and growing practices of the Estate.
Following the tour, celebrate the abundance of high spring with canapés amongst the garden before taking your seat in Laura for an exquisite premium vegetarian menu, thoughtfully inspired by and showcasing produce grown in the garden.
$250pp includes the garden tour, garden canapés and premium vegetarian menu in Laura.
You waill have the choice of either the beverage pairing ($125pp) or the botanical non-alcoholic pairing ($85pp). Our team will contact you after booking to discuss these choices with you before the event.
We have also partnered with Jackalope Hotel in Balnarring to extend your stay and enjoy ‘La Bella Vita’. Jackalope have kindly offered a special code for guests attending this event,  and we will also be offering complimentary return transfers on the evening.
